This large and spacious villa offers over 500 m² of living space and 800 m² of private garden – ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The villa is divided into a ground floor and a first floor.
On the ground floor, there is a large dining area for 20 people, a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV and an indoor fireplace – perfect for relaxing even on rainy days.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are also two separate bathrooms (one with a shower).
A separate laundry and storage room is connected to a large garage for three cars.
The first floor hosts all the bedrooms, each with its own balcony. It is connected to the ground floor by an internal staircase but can also be accessed directly from the garden.
The rooms are comfortable and newly furnished. There are nine bedrooms in total, as well as a few common areas with small kitchenettes and dining tables – ideal if you wish to enjoy a bit of privacy away from the main area.

A well-rated local restaurant “Ankora” is just 5 minutes’ walk away, along with many other dining options nearby.
Cycling and hiking trails are easily accessible from the property.
